My Skill & Hobbies

As a food technologist, I constantly have to manage multiple projects related to new products conducting plant trials, performing post-launch reviews, and dealing with different departments like R&D, Production, QC & QA, Sales and Marketing, Accounts & Finance, Etc.

I also prepare documents on plant and pilot trials and record recipes precisely. I make changes to the recipes to improve their nutritional quality. I frequently polish my researching skills and keep myself updated with the latest happenings.

In my leisure time, I pursue my passion for reading, writing and play sports to maintain my fitness levels.
